Tradisyon: Serving Accessible, Traditional Filipino Comfort Food at New York City

As an immigrant, there may be times when you find it difficult to satisfy your cravings for home cooked Filipino food due to lack of options in your neighborhood.

Tradisyon NYC founders Chef Anton Dayrit and Chef Bianca Vicente had the same experience and realized that Filipino cuisine is not easily accessible in Manhattan, NYC. Together with co-owner Joey Chanco, they came up with the idea to open up Tradisyon – a fast-casual restaurant serving authentic and delicious Filipino meals that are approachable, portable and affordable to everyone.

They serve a variety of dishes such as their best-seller Kare-Kare, Kaldereta, Sisig, Chicken Inasal, Squid Adobo, Pork Adobo, and a lot more. Come swing by at #Tradisyon, located at 790 9th Ave Manhattan, NYC and grab a bite of your favorite Filipino comfort food!
