Purple Patch: A Filipino-Owned Restaurant Serving the Best Filipino-American Dishes

We’re now back with the second part of our So Local segment on The Purple Patch, where we see more from this Filipino-owned and operated restaurant in the nation’s capital. In this episode, we’re able to get a taste of their bestsellers – Miso Caesar Salad, Mushroom Adobo in Coconut Milk, Red Snapper Relleno, Pancit Bihon, and Coconut-braised Short Ribbed Adobo. All of which are made to order just for you!

While opening up a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic is not easy, Purple Patch persevered for success by having a very strong and supportive staff that stood behind as well as helping the community near the area.

In the future, Patrice hopes to further grow her restaurant in a way where she can continue to stay in this place by upscaling her sari-sari store and expanding the space of her restaurant.
