South Coast Botanic Garden is an 87-acre of paradise containing over 200,000 plants and 2,000 species of plants from around the world. CEO Adrienne Nakashima walks us through on how she took influences from her mother and grandmother, who paved their way to find their own strength into becoming an outstanding female leader.
Part of being her own CEO means always striving to make the place better and for it to serve people more. Moreover, being a Filipina as well helped her in bringing out the values she grew up with which enabled her to make people feel more and more connected with her garden.
