Filipino Chefs success on Reality Shows

While the pandemic brought a lot of challenges to the restaurant industry, the tough Filipino chefs pivoted and found ways to showcase their skills and Filipino heritage in the kitchen of reality shows in America. 🇵🇭

Lorenzo Beronilla is a breakout star of the Bravo TV reality competition series #TopChefAmateurs which debuted on July 1. New York-born chef Denevin Miranda wound up taking home the $10,000 “Meat Fight” grand prize on the Food Network show, #Chopped which aired in February. While, the youngest contestant in #Netflix series “School of Chocolate”, Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Daniel Corpuz has been gaining huge social media following since joining the reality show.
