#MichaelCinco graced the opening night of #LAFashionWeek with his new collection, The Impalpable Dream of Peace. This collection, which premiered in #ArabFashionWeek earlier this year, is heavily inspired by the aurora borealis or Northern Lights, and watching the show is like a breath of fresh air.
Defining success in any industry is such a personal evaluation, and Michael defines it as when people see his creation and would know that it’s his without asking. Undeniably, his works of art show signs of auteurism or design aesthetic, and the world sees it.
Michael defines beauty as something ephemeral, something you can feel. It is not a secret that his creations are stunning, but at the same time, they can transport you and can bring about a wide array of emotions.
“I want people to feel it–that’s the most important thing,” Michael said as he fondly recalled his creations. His inspirations come from his travels, art–specifically paintings, sculptures, architecture, opera–and love.
