#PinoyPride Alexis Bong Monsanto showcased his latest Autumn/Winter 2022 Collection at Yamashiro Hollywood to benefit Project Angel Food. Backed with love and support from the Filipino community, his recent show was a massive success.
Alexis, a Jimenez, Misamis Occidental native, has been in the fashion industry for more than two decades. His iconic fashion design studio in West Hollywood, California, Alexis Monsanto Atelier, has been a hub for celebrities and personalities alike.
His passion for fashion spurred within him when he witnessed his first runway show in Manila at age 15–it was love at first sight. When asked about the key to his successes, Alexis quickly admitted that there was none. He noted that he attributes all his accomplishments to hard work and dedication, his skill to his diligence and perseverance.
Definitely a colossal feat fit for a Hollywood genius!
